Declaration of residence
- Declaration of place of residence, correction, change or deletion of declaration data
- Issue of a certificate confirming the declared place of residence of a person
- Issue of a certificate to the owner (co-owner) of a residential premises confirming the persons who have declared their place of residence in the residential premises owned by him/her by right of ownership
- Declaration of departure from the Republic of Lithuania for a period longer than six months
- Inclusion in the register of persons who have not declared their place of residence
- Issue of a certificate confirming that a person is included in the register of persons who have not declared their place of residence
Certificates and permits
- Issuance of a burial permit
- Issuance of a certificate confirming the place and time of a person’s burial
- Issuance of the characteristics necessary for the permit to keep a weapon
- Issuance of a permit to sell and/or provide services during the event
- Issuance of a permit to trade and/or provide services in public places, issuance of a duplicate, addition, clarification, suspension of validity, cancellation of suspension of validity or cancellation of validity
Environmental protection and infrastructure
- Installation and maintenance of street and public lighting
- Installation of technical traffic regulation measures in the territory of the Nemenčinė city eldership
